Since I am working as an animation artist I somehow became more a draftsman than anything else. Recently my interest in painting came back, thanks to James Gurney´s Blog. But I did my last paintings in the late nineties, so there was some nagging doubt if I can get something done.

Seitdem ich beim Trickfilm arbeite, bin ich eher ein Zeichner als alles andere. Dank James Gurney´s Blog wuchs mein Interesse am Malen wieder. Mein letztes Bild aber hatte ich Ende der Neunziger gemalt, so daß eine gewisse Unsicherheit an mir nagte.

Recently, drawing designs for another project these characters emerged. Somehow I like the line-up. Maybe one day I´ll do at least a short trailer with them.
