| After the experience of the previous
caricature (as mentioned before it was the first serious one after
quite some time) I worked on Bud
Spencer, another "companion" of my childhood. Again, painting
digitally I had the freedom to change things drastically as the whole process was
improvised - as usual. Using several film
stills from a video file helped me to find references for certain
sections, as there was not one single image that had every visual
information I was looking for. The original idea I had in the beginning
I discarded for the lack of reference and there is still room for
improvement, but I guess it is better to work on another caricature instead! |
